-to create downloadable flattened digital items such as

The EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE entitles the purchaser the commercial use of 1 set of illustrations to create products in excess of 500 sales with no credit required. This is a non-exclusive and non-transferable license.
Commercial usage includes:
-selling cards, invitations, stickers, scrapbook materials, logos, web design, nursery art, wall art, fabric, kids apparel, and home decor items created with this artwork.
-selling on 3rd party print-on-demand sites such as zazzle & cafe press.
-Please do not share or claim artwork as your own.
-Please do not offer for download, for free or with payment

The purchase of the small business license (up to 500 products) as well as the extended license (over 500 products) allows usage with no credit required.

One license is good for 1 project, for example, greeting cards requires 1 license and if you would like to make wall art from the same illustration set, you must purchase another license.

All artwork must be offered in flattened JPEG files or PNG files so the original artwork can not be extracted by third parties. No layered Photoshop files.

Purchaser may not claim the art as his/her own or redistribute as-as. The illustration in this shop is sold as design assets in the creation of new products, not as a final product.

An end product incorporating the artwork may not be registered as a trademark.

WHAT IS A SET?
A "set" of artwork is all the illustrations included in one listing.

WHAT IS A SALE?
A "sale" applies to individual elements in the set. If you create 2 products with 2 different illustrations on them, the sale of those 2 products will count as 2 sales towards your sales limit.

WHAT KIND OF FILES WILL I RECEIVE?
All artwork is hi-res 300 DPI PNG files, suitable for print and digital. They are versatile with transparent backgrounds and can be used in many design and word processing programs.

The files will be sent in a compressed ZIP folder which can be opened with an unzipping program such as WinZIP or WinRaR.

HOW DO I USE THE FILES?
Artwork files can be opened in many design/word processing programs and used in layouts and designs.
Have fun creating with them!

My favorite design program is Photoshop for it's layers system. A free 30 day trial is available from adobe.com
There are many free programs that utilize layers as well, just google "design software program"
